“A healthy mind resides in a healthy body”. This is the motto of our holistic and practical learning. We believe that we learn by visualizing.
The students of Neelkanth Vidyapeeth International School went the Nagarjuna Sagar Dam situated in the eco-friendly district of Nalgonda.
The teensy journey of two and half hours led us to the Majestic structure. As soon as we placed our feet on the earthen soil, we felt a gush of all basic facts of the Dam in our small heads. After waiting for a short time, we gained entry in to the heart of the Dam, the turbines. We were shown a model and afterwards the real humongous thing.
We were then treated with mouth-watering lunch and later on went boating in the holy Krishna River. The archeological museum was the zeal of this trip, situated on a river island. I felt like I was on cloud nine. The showers made it a treat for us.
