GO CLEAN FOR GREENBack to Gallery

  • Neelkanth Vidyapeeth organized cleanliness drive under Swach Bharat Abhiyaan. The main purpose of the program was to create awareness among the students regarding cleanliness and its benefits. Students from 9th to 12th grades participated in this programme. Even the teachers were the essential part of this drive.
  • As a part of this drive, the students had to clean the whole school. The sweepers of the school had to be the observers. The senior students started the programme by cleaning the corners of the playground. The teachers and other students enthusiastically started picking up the wrappers lying scattered and throwing those in the bins. Some of them picked up the brooms and started sweeping. Students entail not only ensuring cleanliness but also pledging to keep the surroundings green. After doing this job for 3 hours, the students were given refreshments.
