Neelkanth Vidyapeeth International School celebrated International Yoga day under the supervision of Swamijis. The idea of education formulated based on ancient philosophy. According to it, Yoga stood the best in imparting sound knowledge to mind, body and soul in every individual. The main aim of this yoga is to ignite passion for fitness through various asanas.
Students were urged to practice yoga which will help them enabling the inner peace and harmony. They were taught various asanas like Tadasana, Trikonasana, Padahastasana, Kati Chakrasana, Vrikshasana, Shashakasana, Bhujangasana, Ushtrasana, Ardhachakrasana, Bhadrasana, Vajrasana, Wakrasana, Makarasana, Shalabhasana, Setubandhasana, Uttanpadasana, Ardhahalasana, Pawanmuktasana, Swasasana Nadi Shodhan, Kapal Bhati and Bhramari, Anulom Vilom and Shitali Pranayam.
An impressive demonstration of asanas on the occasion lighted lamp and has given scope of cultivating and promoting Yogic Philosophy.
