February, 2020 raised the curtain for the exuberant Saturday activity. Art is very important for children as a part of self-learning as it helps them to develop their reasoning, creativity, imaginative and problem solving skills. Doing art and craft enhances their motor skills and helps them in achieving cognitive advancement.
An endeavor to promote aesthetics in the attitude among the budding young students, an activity was conducted for the grades V-VIII on crafting the waste things into artistic valuables. The department of Art and Craft was enthralled by seeing our young future artists exhibiting their wondrous talents in making and presenting the eye-catchy and unimaginable things out of newspaper and other waste material. Students were showcased in the myriad designs out of paper.
At the end of the activity students learnt that everyone in the world has skills and Happiness is the state of activity.
